We appreciate your shopping with us. While we do everything we can to assure customer satisfaction, we do have some guidelines to assure you have a better shopping experience. Please feel free to give us a call or to send an email with any questions you may have before ordering, during the fulfillment of your order or upon receipt of your artisan soaps and gifts.
We can do custom orders for Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Wedding Gifts and other Special Occasions. Due to the nature of soap making, special orders require 4 to 6 weeks notice so that your gifts will be ready to use on receipt. Please feel free to call or email with particulars for your event and we can work through the logistics. Custom orders require payment at the time of ordering.
We have the ability to offer wholesale pricing on most offerings, please contact us via email or by phone to discuss your needs and our ability to craft the perfect solution. Additional details available with special code for our Wholesale page.
We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of most weeks, exceptions are the U.S. recognized Holidays. All orders are shipped USPS to save our customers the most on shipping. -All small sales will be sent in a bubble mailer First Class if possible to save you on shipping. All other sales will be sent priority mail and a flat rate will be used appropriately. Small flat rate boxes can fit up to 4 bars of soap for $9.45. Anything greater than 6 bars of soap will be sent priority mail & a medium flat rate of $16.10 will be used, if it is the least expensive. Larger quantity orders - 30+ bars to approx 60, can be sent in a large flat rate box for $21.90. Should you need expedited shipping (e.g. Fed Ex - Overnight shipping), please call or email so that we can give you an estimate for shipping charges by phone.

At this time we are not shipping internationally.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we are not able to accept returns for bath products (soaps, bath salts & scrubs, beard oils). If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us via the website or by phone within 3 days of receipt and we will work with you to find a positive resolution.
If your order arrives damaged please contact the carrier immediately to assure a timely claim is processed. If your order is for a special event, we highly recommend choosing to ensure the package for full value in the event of a loss, please contact us directly for additional information.
All our products are tested with our team, family and friends prior to being offered for sale. Some people may have sensitivity to the ingredients or an allergic reaction. Please do not use these products if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If an irritation occurs, please discontinue use of the products. We are not responsible for any allergic or individual reaction to any particular ingredients.
Many of our products are also Vegan Friendly, if you have questions as to which ones, we are happy to answer those questions for you.
All our products are intended for external use only, do not ingest. Nor are our products intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or illness.
